20 seconds of insane courage

I watched the movie 'We bought a Zoo' yesterday with my family.  A beautiful true story about how a widowed father of two changed their lives forever by buying a run down zoo.  A line in the movie really resonated with me,  that we all have 20 second windows of insane courage, unimaginable bravery that we can draw on at any time.  It got me thinking, when have I ever used 20 seconds of insane courage?  So I thought about it, I couldn't think of a time I have ever done that.  So lets start now, my 20 seconds of insane courage is to start this blog and regularly write.  It doesn't seem like much but for a woman who finds it extremely hard to talk about herself this is one of many new 20 seconds of insane courage that I will endeavour to do, to find my way to where I want to be and one step is to be able to talk about myself and who better to talk to.  Tell me about your 20 seconds of courage challenges.
